We use the data you provide to fulfil and process your booking request.
We comply with the statutory regulations in all data processing processes (e.g. data collection, processing and transmission). Personal data required for the processing of transactions is saved and shared with service providers contracted by us to the extent required to process orders. To the extent legally permitted and taking into account your legitimate interests in precluding the transmission or use of your data, we may forward your address and credit history data to other service providers contracted by us and, where applicable, to SCHUFA, 65203 Wiesbaden, for the purpose of performing credit checks during the customer relationship. Address and order data is also collected and processed for our own marketing purposes. Data is only forwarded to third parties for marketing purposes if this is permitted by law (public data and certain data aggregated in lists in accordance with Section 28 (3) No. 3 of the Federal Data Protection Act).
Please note: You may withdraw permission for us to use, process and transmit your data at any time by sending an informal notification by post to Steinberghaus Leogang GmbH, Rain 62, Top 4, 5771 Leogang, Austria, or by e-mail to info@steinberghaus.com. However, this does not apply to the data required to process your booking. After receiving your notification, we will no longer use, process or transmit the data concerned for purposes other than processing your booking.

Facebook plug-ins
Our website also contains programmes (plug-ins) from the social network Facebook. These are operated solely by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
